H.E.R.O.E.S Day program is for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities requiring support in the community.
Qualified providers ensure socialization, community connections, and active participation for high functioning adults.
All other supported living services can be performed in the home or community with a person centered approach to individualized care and support.
Jason Van Ness has had over 20 years of experience with Supported Living Services. He manages the program with professionalism and a heavy sense of humor. The safety, care, and quality of experiences of all members in the program are his upmost priority.
We operate with a highly qualified friendly team that is well trained and ready to access individualized needs and lend support in any way.
We concentrate on making and building connections with others in the community. Learning how to build relationships with others is an important part of our program.
We focus on staying active and maintaining optimal health by participating in sports and outdoor group activities such as frisbee golf or basketball.
At HEROES we like to help challenge your focus and critical thinking skills. We do this by engaging in skill based and problem solving activities such as scavenger hunts or games that help with cognition and motor skills.
Learning, and education is an important staple at HEROES. We like to visit our local and state museums to learn more about the history of our community.
Our program offers many of its members, the opportunity to engage in fun and stress relieving activities.
HEROES provides a focus on maintaining a peaceful mindset by spending time in nature, with hiking, and breathing in fresh air.
